Accreditations

Terms and Conditions

TERMS OF RECEIVING PRESS ACCREDITATION FROM ZAGLĘBIE LUBIN SA FOR THE EKSTRAKLASA 2014/16 SEASON (SPRING ROUND):

I. Accreditation:

1. Accreditations are issued for both one entire league campaign (autumn or spring) as well as for individual matches, and must be shown on arrival by the representative of the organisation which has received accreditation.
2. Accreditations are issued at no cost to the accredited party.
3. Accreditations can be applied for by the editorial departments of newspapers, radio stations, television stations and internet news portals.
4. Accreditations for Polish Ekstraklasa (top-tier), Polish Cup and Polish Supercup, as well as for friendly matches, are issued directly by the club on the basis of accreditation applications.
5. Accreditation applications for the Autumn league campaign should be submitted no later than the 10th August 2012.
6. Accreditation applications for individual matches should be submitted no later than midday on the last working day before the match in question. Each application form should include a company stamp and the signature of the editor or the head of the sports desk, otherwise it will be rejected. Individual applications made by journalists or photojournalists will not be considered.
7. Applications should be sent by fax (+48 76 746 96 01) or via e-mail to zygmunt.kogut@zaglebie.com.
8. Accreditation application forms are available to download in the ‘Accreditations’ section of the Zagłębie Lubin SA website.
9. All internet news portals, with the exception of the official Zagłębie Lubin SA website and official media partners can apply for no more than one press accreditation and one photojournalist accreditation.
10. Photography agencies can apply for no more than one photojournalist accreditation.
11. The Club has the right to limit the number of accreditations issued for a match which has generated a particularly high level of interest. In this case priority will be given to:
official media partners of the Club
organisations which are a legal entity (the Club may ask for additional information in this respect)
other media agencies – ‘first come first serve basis’
12. Accreditations for the 2012/13 Autumn campaign will be issued in the form of accreditation cards no later than two days before the first league fixture of the season played at the Zagłębie stadium. One-time accreditations will be issued two hours before the start of the match. Accreditations will cease to be issued 15 minutes before the start of the match.
13. Accreditations are only valid when presented together with press identification. It is the responsibility of all members of the press to carry with them valid and original press identification documents.

II. Accreditaion classifications

Press Accreditation

Press accreditations can be applied for by press journalists, radio stations, television channels and internet news portals.
On match days press accreditations:
Allow for access to the stadium and to a seat in the press box.
Allow for access to specially designated area at post-match interviews.
Journalists are not permitted to carry out interviews on the pitch before the start of or during a match.

Photojournalist Accreditations

Photojournalist accreditations can be issued to press photographers, internet portal photographers and to photography agencies. Identification: Bib marked ‘Foto.’ Bibs in question are available in the press accreditation point at the stadium and are issued on the basis of a valid accreditation pass. On match days photojournalist accreditations:
Allow for access to press conferences organised by the Club.
Allow for access to the  pitch-side ‘Foto’ sections at the stadium

Journalists are obliged to record all and any interviews with players, coaches or other representatives of the club with the club sponsor board as the backdrop. In the event that members of the press do not follow this regulation Zagłębie Lubin SA has the right to issue a penalty to the organisation in question to match the penalty issued to Zagłębie Lubin SA by Ekstraklasa SA.

Terms governing the rejection of an accreditation application, the revoking of an accreditation and other penalties.

The Club reserves the right not to issue press accreditation without offering any reasoning behind such a decision.
In the event of members of the press not acting in accordance with the Club’s Press Accreditation Terms and Conditions the Club reserves the right to cancel any accreditation until the end of the campaign.
Accreditations presented without valid press ID or in the possession of third parties and/or unauthorised individuals are considered invalid and can be confiscated.

Main regulations governing press attendance:

All journalists are asked to park their vehicles in the parking spaces designated and marked ‘press.’
Accreditations are issued in the Press Centre on the basis of valid press identification. Journalists then have access to the Press stand (Press Zone) as well as to the Press Centre.
Photojournalists possessing the correct Photojournalist Accreditation are to report to the accreditation issue point where, after registration, they are to collect the appropriate bib. The bib issuer will record the personal details of every photojournalist, who are obliged to carry personal identification on them at all times. Press bibs are numbered and are to be returned post-match to the Press Centre (1st Floor). Photojournalists have access to the pitch (with the exception of the area marked behind the goal areas), to the Press Zone and to the post-match press-conference.

The Club has the right to ask for the immediate return of an accreditation document in the event of non-compliance with the above Terms of Issue.
On match days we ask for timely arrival at the stadium.
Accreditations will be issued two hours before kick-off. Accreditations will be issued no later than 15 minutes before kick-off.

Information

Accreditations and FOTO bibs can be collected from the Accreditation Point by the entrance to the Zagłębie stadium.
Journalist accreditations allow for access to the press stand. Journalists have access to an open wireless WIFI connection.
Press Conferences take place in the Conference Hall situated in the Club building (1st floor). A sound signal can be accessed from the press conference via an XLR cable.
After the Press Conference journalists are invited to the Press Centre where they have at their disposal a number of workstations with access to an open wireless WIFI connection.
Journalists are obliged to record all and any interviews with players, coaches or other representatives of the club with the club sponsor board as the backdrop. In the event that members of the press do not follow this regulation Zagłębie Lubin SA has the right to issue a penalty to the organisation in question to match the penalty issued to Zagłębie Lubin SA by Ekstraklasa SA.
